Employment agency Manpower is looking for a site manager in Ijmuiden.


As site manager you will join the Offshore O&M Delivery team for the to be constructed Hollandse Kust Zuid windfarm in the Netherlands. In this role you will be managing a team of Service Leaders and Technicians conducting operation and maintenance of the offshore windfarm.

You will perform the following working activities: 

Making direct reports of around 15 employees
Managing the operational and technical performance of the Offshore Windfarm
Ensure a safe workplace for all employees
Managing the local site staff and any other associated personnel
Controlling all activities on site with the support of the Head of Operations
Attending monthly meetings and stakeholder engagement activities



What’s in for you


Gross salary between €5.000,- and €6.000,-  per month 
Reimbursement of travel costs according to the employer's collective agreement

Full-time job of 40 hours a week

Able to work and think at a hbo level 
Fluent in English and Dutch, both verbally and written
Experienced in planning and directing and coaching personnel
Availability of 40 hours per week 
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel and other programs. SAP qualification would be beneficial 
You are located within reasonable commuting distance from IJmuiden.
