IT Service Delivery Technician
Locations to support are Venlo-Blerick (80%) and Oss (20%)
38 hours on weekly base
You will be trained by and report to the IT Manager Benelux which is also located in Venlo.
The opportunity:
As a member of WestRock’s IT Operations and Global Support Organization’s IT Field Services Group, you will be responsible for end user application & hardware support including PC workstations, printers/drivers, basic network and telecom troubleshooting, server support and level II resolution of incident tickets. In addition, you will provide advanced desk-side support, interfacing with a diverse user community in a variety of office, laboratory, and production equipment locations. This will include installation and support for the technology infrastructure.
How you will impact WestRock:
Install common and standard software and hardware peripherals.
Deploy and configure end user devices.
Assist with questions, problems from and training for end-users.
Maintain awareness of service level agreement targets to help meet and exceed requirements.
Follow internal policies and procedures to properly manage service delivery expectation.

What you need to succeed:
Minimum knowledge of Dutch language is needed.
Preferred residence in the North of Limburg or the East of North-Brabant.
Technical qualification plus relevant experience is needed.
Minimum 2 years proven PC/LAN experience required.
Knowledge of local area network computing, including Ethernet, Wireless networking, and TCP/IP.
Knowledge of Microsoft Support Tools, e.g., SCCM, PXE, and WSUS.
Knowledge of ITIL based Support applications such as ServiceNow.
Proven capability of providing 1st level support troubleshooting end user issues.
Candidate will be directly responsible for imaging and configuration of end user devices.
Support providing maximum uptime and peak performance of local area network and associated peripheral hardware. In collaboration with responsible Support Teams.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex hardware and software problems that require in-depth troubleshooting skills to determine root cause.
Ability and willingness to work in complex manufacturing environments.
Ability to deliver results with limited supervision and self-direction.
Team player, with strong interpersonal skills.
