HR Systems and MI Specialist

This role is a backfill for maternity leave starting in May 2022 and would like to have this role start in April to have knowledge transition.

Provide reporting and analytics to business leaders, HR business partners, line managers and the broader HR function to support decision making. The position will report to the HR Data Analytics Lead and will work closely with HR Data Governance, Reporting & Analytics team and other HR Operations teams, across the broader HR function and directly with the business
Further activities you are responsible for in this function:
Provide reporting and analytics to managers and the broader HR function to support decision making
Support compliance reporting for HR Operations
Create and generate ongoing metric dashboards and detailed reports that include relevant analysis and insights
Promote overall data quality and assist in managing the company’s HR data; collaborate within HR Operations team to report issues and take through to resolution
You are available full time (40 hours)
You are fluent in English, Dutch is an advantage.
You have knowledge of HR matters and have relevant work experience in this field
You are available for a project of 6 months (starting April until about October)
