Sales & Account Manager
About the role and team
Reporting to the Country Manager BeNeFrance, you will be part of the global Commercial team at Adform, focusing in part on Dutch key accounts and new business. In your role you will be responsible for existing and new agency and brand relationships in the Netherlands. Your focus is on the growth of those relationships using the Adform tech stack. Whilst driving revenue, your goal is to ensure that these key accounts get the best possible customer experience.
Your responsibilities
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
Answering client queries and identify new business opportunities
Deliver revenue growth for Adform by engaging agencies and brands to adopt Adform’s full-stack technology platform
Deliver revenue objectives quarterly and annually through personal effort and in collaboration with team members
Ensure that Clients gets best in class Service and support. Deliver a superior customer experience through cooperation with other local and international team members within Adform
Manage and develop relationships with existing and new Clients and agencies. Work with them in a structured way, follow-up calls/meetings in order to ensure good relationship and their understanding of Adform products
Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, events
Engage about all Adform products and how they can be leveraged to solve their goals and objectives
Work with relevant stakeholders and provide structured feedback about clients and market
Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management system(s)
Independently seek new business opportunities with non-Adform agencies and brands, run pitches and support the on-boarding process of new clients
We expect you are/have
Experience in programmatic digital marketing
Good level of understanding of media and marketing in general and the role of programmatic in that mix
A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills
Good network within the online advertising industry
Experience in running accounts / Customer Success Management
Comfortable presenting solutions and upselling to clients
Possible Traffic or ad operations experience
Excellent communication skills (both with clients and within the team)
Strong at building and maintaining relationships
Proactivity
Problem-solving ability
Customer orientated attitude
