HyET Solar, located in Arnhem, has developed a new technology for the production of solar cells. Our efficient roll-to-roll production method of lightweight, flexible PV foil enables a competitive solution for generating solar energy. The lightweight solution and easy installation allows integration on more surfaces compared with traditional PV modules (glass). Examples of the application are panels on the roof or façade of a building, woven roofs or movable panels on canvas. Today HyET Solar is producing with a roll-to-roll production line in Arnhem and building a new upscaled factory in the upcoming year.Job DescriptionUpscaling our pilot factory will require industrialization of various processes. The existing quality controls should be optimized for large amounts of production data in an effective way. As the Quality Manager you will be responsible for the Quality Processes within the factory. You will define a quality assurance program tailored to the growth scenario of our factory. The program will include a risk assessment and the control definition needed to deliver high quality products. For the supporting processes you will standardize methods for issue registration and root-cause analysis techniques to drive our continuous improvement program to higher standards. With your background in change and document control, you will set-up and sustain tools for our documentation management. You will be a part of a fast growing company and will help with the upscaling of the production capacity. You will give strategic advice to the management team in how to make our quality management system fit for large scale production. New machines, production locations and improved processes will be introduced with your knowledge and support. Your tasks:Setup & maintain Quality Management System (QMS) for mass production;Support the organization with execution of the QMS (manage processes);Manage information flows and different quality controls;Run improvement projects on quality processes within the organization;Industrialize our current quality controls (KPI's, SPC, automation projects);Train people in using quality tools (Lean, 5S, FMEA, 8D analysis, etc);Manage the team of quality engineers/operators to performing their tasks;Executes audits within the factory and the supply base.Job RequirementsWe are looking for:Completed relevant technical bachelor or master's education;Completed training on various quality tools (Green/Black belt, Lean, 8D)Experience with Quality Management in industrial environments;Background in chemical & roll-to-roll production techniques is preferred;Strong background in software tools (document control for PLM, issue management tools, statistical analysis tools)Strong communication skills and comfortable in working in a multidisciplinary team in a production-environment;Ambitious and pro-active and capable of independently determine, organize and execute work.Salary and BenefitsWe offer:A competitive salary;A year contract with permanent intentions;25 holidays;Pension scheme, travel expenses and 8% holiday allowance.
