If you are not willing to move, we ask you not to apply.The activities of the Logistics & Production Employee at Elestor relate to the receipt, administration, storage, collection, and preparation of goods/products. You are responsible for the logistics process with associated logistics administration and incoming goods quality inspection. You ensure the right things are in the right place at the right time.Next to logistics, you can diversify your activities within Production. You already prepare production orders by picking orders on schedule but, where necessary, will assist the production team in running high-quality production orders. Besides supporting the Production Engineer with the logistics, materials, and stock management for the production room, you can contribute to the fabrication and assembling of parts for the MEA (the membrane electrode assembly, the heart of Elestor's revolutionary flow battery system).The Elestor team is growing from 50 to 100 within one-and-a-half years; the role of Logistics & Production Employee provides the opportunity to shape this position within a growing production organization in your own creative and innovative way and comes with multiple options for internal growth (for example, develop internally into a role as Logistics Manager).Besides that you will:Accepting, receiving, and checking incoming goods/productsStoring goods/products and administrating them into the systemSetting up and managing the storage facility (warehouse)Monitoring stocks in warehouse inventory, production room, and the workshopPreparing and issuing shipments of goods/products from and to suppliersInitiate improvements in the logistics processesSupport production engineering in multiple waysJob RequirementsThe ideal candidate has logistics experience and a high affinity with technical and/or production environments. You enjoy using your experience into setting up your (logistics) shop within Elestor. Still, you also like to be the all-round professional in the operations department, in which you show pro-active and pragmatic behavior. People describe you as precise and structured but also as a team player with a positive mindset, able to be flexible when the situation demands it. You love fast-paced and changing environments, and your co-workers praise you for your independence and self-starting attitude.You love logistics!
