Line Operator AGF

For a dynamic company specialising in packing fresh blueberries, we are looking for line operators. The team works with advanced machinery and in a refrigerated area to ensure our products are always of the highest quality. What will you do?

We are looking for an enthusiastic line operator who will be responsible for keeping our advanced production/packaging line running smoothly in a refrigerated area. As a line operator, you will also manage the team of production workers and ensure that hygiene and health and safety rules are meticulously observed. In this role, striving for improvements and further professionalisation is crucial.

 

What do you bring?


MBO level through education or experience, with a willingness to learn new processes.
You are fluent in Dutch, English or Polish;
Solution-oriented thinking and working, with a talent for enthusiastic and motivating team management;
Affinity with a production environment and experience working with machines requiring technical insight;
Excellent communication and social skills;
Flexible attitude regarding both work attitude and working hours;
Willingness to work shifted shifts and once every 2 weeks on Saturdays;
Work in a refrigerated area between 10°C and 12°C;
Willing to work on Saturdays once every 2 weeks.
