Our team

Our finance team of 4 is responsible for the accounting of our Dutch HQ, its European Sonic entities, as well as the consolidation on a group level.  At Sonic you work in a successful and future-oriented organisation, where attention for you and your colleagues, a pleasant working atmosphere and team spirit are central.

What are you going to do?

In general, the focus of this role is twofold:


Ensuring timely and accurate completion of accounting tasks during the month.
Support in various financial tasks during the month end closing. 


Together with the team you will be responsible for:


Performing various administrative activities, such as booking purchase and sales invoices.
Maintaining the general ledger, warehouse and administration of our head office and our group entities.
Responsible for payment proposals in our finance system and corresponding bank bookings.
Having contact with our Sonic team, customers and suppliers about invoices and other financial related topics.
Performing periodic activities, such as various internal checks of bookings and balance sheet positions and completing and checking reports and overviews.

What is on your CV?


2 – 4 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong accounting knowledge.
Attention to detail, with strong analytical and numerical skills.
Flexibility, pro-activeness, initiative, hands-on, high energy.
Able to cope with working in a fast-paced international environment.
Fluency in Dutch and English is required (verbally and writing).
German and French languages are considered a plus.
