This international company is known for its pioneering 25-year battery energy storage systems to help provide a solution to the increasing energy problems.Job DescriptionSimulation and system analysis:In-depth investigation of a complete system for the customer using PVSyst. We aim to deliver a tailor-made solution to each of our customers providing them with information such as technical, and economic analysis.Using customer data, delivering a technical simulation report is a key responsibility.Financial analysis of the complete system including payback period, ROI, IRR, etc.Provide a technical and economical overview to the customer while providing an offer.Testing and quality check:We pride ourselves on the quality of our products. Testing (battery or cell) and analysis of the batteries will be an important part of the job description.Confirm the quality of the incoming cells by running technical (charge/discharge) tests.Confirm the working of individual batteries by programming and running a deep-charge/discharge test before the delivery of the systems.Building the system:Zenon energy is different from any other battery energy company. We manufacture our batteries in-house. Providing a hand when required is beneficial.Assemble battery packs using a simple and efficient step-by-step procedure.Stack the batteries together and secure them mechanically.Connecting the batteries electrically for the final deployment.In addition to the above tasks, you would have to assist in gathering data from the customers and provide technical support to the sales department. Also, providing support to the (remote) programming is essential.Job RequirementsTechnicalMaster's degree in electrotechnical engineering, sustainable energy technology, or a similar technical study.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch or German are a clear pro)Strong analytical skills.At least 6 months to 1 year of work experience, preferably related to the energy sector or energy technologiesUnderstanding of the energy transition, and the role of energy storage in transmission and distribution systems.PersonalDelivering the results within scope, time, and budget.
