We are seeking a highly skilled Dropshipping Store Manager to join our team!
About the Role
Your role will be to manage the entire front end from product research to store management. As E-commerce Store Manager, you will make sure all product researchers, importers, media buyers, CVR optimizers, email marketers, and other related roles are being managed and that processes are being optimized. Together with the CEO & COO, you will think of new strategies to grow business and marketing operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the business goals of the company.
Define the brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Develop brand guidelines and oversee brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity.
Monitor brand perception and take measures to enhance brand reputation.
Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Collaborate with the IT team to optimize the dropshipping company's e-commerce platform.
Develop strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to identify customer behavior patterns and preferences. Implement customer segmentation strategies, loyalty programs, and personalized marketing campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize customer lifetime value.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the dropshipping industry.
Analyze market data, consumer insights, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance data, provide regular reports to the executive team, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Lead and inspire a marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
Set clear objectives, provide guidance and support, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
Manage external marketing agencies or freelancers as needed.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various marketing channels and initiatives. Monitor expenses, track ROI, and optimize budget allocation based on performance and business objectives.
Qualifications:
Dutch resident
Able to come to office in Nieuwegein at least once a week
1+ year experience as store manager/CMO for $1M/mo+ webshop(s)
Managed minimum team of 5 people
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience with managing dropshipping store(s)
Experience in Social Media/Google ads
Experience in building shopify store
