The position of Backoffice & Sales Support Lead, will form a pivotal role in bridging our sales expectations, ambitions and realization with our administrative back office. The position will be responsible for the optimal support of internal and external sales processes. The Backoffice & Sales Support Lead bridges the development, sales, administrative and general management departments by providing information, proper administration and creative reporting. Translating market needs to internal processes in combination with reporting and proper administration of sales processes into the CRM system (Teamleader) and accounting (Exact), form an essential role in this position. Furthermore the Backoffice & Sales Support Lead will act as an extension of the General Management, by supporting the back office functionalities of the organization.

Your profile :

You have a background as support employee in IT, sales, logistics and/or transport environment. You have affinity with IT solutions used in our sector (TMS, WMS,FMS,ERP) and you are familiar working in a team as well as independent. You are  eager to improve internal processes and feel comfortable talking to our customers and partners globally. You have the ability and desire to perform by excellence and strive for perfection. You have profound knowledge and experience of MS-Office (mainly PowerPoint, Word and Excel). You have excellent communication skills and a positive, confident and determined approach. You have a high degree of self-motivation and ambition and the skills to work both independently and as part of a team.  Fluency in English is required. Additional languages (Dutch, French, Spanish, German) are a benefit.
