Assistant Sales Manager
1. Managing or Sales team.
a. Guide, lead and train a sales Team
b. Lead a sales team expand customer base for EU region.
c. Monitor salesperson daily interaction with customers and build a stable relationship.
d. Lead the sales Team to achieve monthly sales target.
e. Supervise daily operation of the office
2. Office Development
a. Assist in planning and executing on office upcoming development
b. Assist in sourcing of new office/ warehouse/ workshop for the company
c. Assist in setting up new office/ warehouse/ workshop
d. Work with management in stock planning for the warehouse.
3. Disciplinary matters and Problem solving
a. Manage EU office Employee disciplinary matters
b. Provide solutions for all staff in the office.
c. Able to solve primary issue him/ herself arise within the office and operation procedure.
4. Operations/ administrative
a. Organize office documentation and sales document submitted by the sales team.
b. Other Ad hoc duties require by management or manager
c. Weekly reports, monthly sales report submission.
d. Accountability for stocks in warehouse and office.
5. To work with the HQ to ensure strategies are aligned with group objectives
a. Understand the group objective and regional entity roles.
b. Provide suggestion
c. Support the overall plans
